Bands are invited to submit audio clips which will be reviewed by an audition committee.  Four bands will be selected to have the honor of performing as part of the historic Clovis Music Festival.  Selected bands will each play a set of 30-45 minutes. The deadline to submit clips is June 7th.

While bands will not be compensated monetarily for performing, this is a wonderful opportunity to gain exposure within the community and showcase local talent.

Local bands will be featured at the event on Thursday night and Bill Medley of the Righteous Brothers Band as well as “The World’s Best Young Elvis,” Travis LeDoyt, on Friday night.  Featured on Saturday night  will be Night Ranger known for their songs: “Sister Christian,” “(You Can Still) Rock in America” and “Don’t Tell Me You Love Me” and Jack Russell’s Great White known for their songs: “Once Bitten, Twice Shy,” “Rock Me” and “Call It Rock ‘n’ Roll.”

Tickets and ticket pricing are not available yet.

“We’re excited to move into the next generation and draw more people to the history of Clovis,” says music festival chairman, Randy Petty.
